Dr. Ortuno has been our pediatrician for 6 years. He has a wonderful bedside manner, and you can tell he really cares. Most importantly, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We trust him completely!

I have never been so upset when dealing with trying to get an appointment. I have an EPO where my doctor is picked for me. I have called over 5 times to try and get an appointment for my children, each time being told a different story. Once that they only took same day appointments, next their computers were down and to go to urgent care. Today I tried to make my son an appointment for thrush and they told me it would be a month before they would be able to get him in, then she asked me to hold and hung up on me. I have never made a complaint in my life... but this is ridiculous. I just called my insurance and changed plans

Great dodtor. relates to kids very well makes my kids feel good about their visits. Quick refills and staff is very caring.

Dr. Ortuno is great but the front desk staff at times can get difficult.

Dr. Ortuno has been taking care of all three of our children for quite some time. He is thorough and accurate -- and has the right balance of "playing it safe" by double-checking things and is also very realistic about both minor and major diagnosis and prognosis. Most importantly, he is GREAT with our kids. They trust him and they like him. He's friendly and jovial. Lastly, he has a genuine caring for the kids he's caring for. What more could you ask for from your pediatrician?
