Dr. Victor G Rosales, DO

On my parents first and what is now their last visit, he told my mother to her face that she will die by Thanksgiving or Christmas because she is no longer on dialysis (and been off it for r months strong). He is affliated with NE Methodist in Live Oak, TX; so it makes sense as to why he's a bottom tier greedy "doctor". My mother is alive and you'll never be using her as a money gimmick through that fault dialysis ever again. Hopefully, they'll be a class action lawsuit against NE Methodist for their elder abuse and medical neglect.

Great always answers all my questions and never in a hurry to to go to the next patient

I was about to change clinics because of a bad doctor at this one walked in 2 years ago met Doctor R told him how I felt He said give me a chance He with the help of God prolonged my life knees healed weight lost back hurts less and wakeup feeling blessed I love my Doctor

Doctor has good bedside manners. However, his staff is rude and communication between patient and office staff is very poor. Doctor Rosales needs to overhaul his entire staff to improve his office atmosphere and make patients feel like they are respected and welcome. I gave 4 Stars for the Doctor but his staff is One Star.

I would recommend Dr. Rosales in a heartbeat. Staffs are very inefficient. There seem to be something wrong either to the staff that sends faxes or the fax machine they use as the faxes they send seem to always not being received each time a document is requested by another physician.

This place is a joke. The women working in the front office are very rude. If you are an established patient and need to see the Dr. because you are sick they tell you that they don't have an opening for 3 weeks. They are very unprofessional.

Great man, great doc.

I would recommend him if he worked elsewhere. Concentra/Allied Institute of Medicine needs to overhaul it's dysfunctional centralized referral department.If you don't have an HMO, this won't be an issue.

I have been going to Dr. Rosales for several years now. He always listens to me and is very concerned about my health. I think he is a very caring and compassionate doctor. More doctors should be like him. I have told all of my friends about him and now most of them go to him. They are always telling me how wonderful they think he is.
