Dr. Lindsay Page Stephens, DO

I wished I was never referred to this doctor. I have a couple of diagnoses, but she is only focusing on one, and the one she is focusing on isn't the diagnoses/problem that is hindering me from working. She is trying to avoid surgery, but that is the only way I will be able to return to some sort of working ability. Also, if you need to speak to her or her assistant, you might as well forget it. Every time I call I get voice mail. I leave a message and allow 24 hours before calling again...after calling 3 days in a row with no call back, I end up driving the 45 minute drive to the office just to get rude service from the front desk help. Also, forms that Dr. Stephens and her assistant have completed for my FMLA have contained FALSE information regarding my condition and follow up appointments. I'm so disappointed in the plan of care and how I've been treated as a patient. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR.

If you require any follow up information or any phone calls answered do not use Dr. Stephens . I have never received Such poor service and lack of follow up.

Care was good but waiting over an hour past appointment time is absolutely unacceptable. People have jobs and work! This is our second visit and both time we waited longer than an hour past our appointment to be seen. Respect your patients time or don't pack your schedule so close you are unable to give each patient the time you need to give them!

Treating my 10yr daughter for some hip/groin pain. Dr. Stephens is very thorough and patient. Explains things very well and in lament terms. The waiting room was full and we never felt rushed. Also included my 10yr old in the discussions surrounding her care. So happy we found her!

What a blessing to find this wonderful Dr. at SMASA. Great explanation of the treatment and wonderful care from her.
