Dr. Dooley and her staff are the best. The have taken the very best care of me since they opened. I don't know what I would do without Dr. Dooley, Melissa and Denise.

I would rate a zero if possible! I went to this doctor as a new patient. During the appointment I asked her a question about my knees. She lost her mind and scolded me. Told me during a physical I couldn’t ask specific questions about my body!!! WTH? I explained that I hadn’t asked for a physical but a new patient exam. She then went off about her staff! Utterly appalling. She then called insurance in our state terrible and could get charged with fraud by answering my questions. Ummm no. I called the insurance company and reported her once I got home. Apparently she wanted to be able to bill them for two separate appointments. Have them pay for a physical then make me come back for a second visit so she could bill them again. How ridiculous that you can’t address questions and concerns during an office visit without getting reprimanded. Her later “apology” for the misunderstanding fell very flat. She acted very insincere and almost mad when I called out her behavior and how it made… the experience awkward. Would not wish an encounter with this “doctor” on an enemy let alone anyone else!

Dr. is always patient and kind. Melisa and Denise remember me when I call. I've been with them for 3 years and have referred several happy family members and friends. 5 star service

I have been a very satisfied patient for years. Dr. Dooley is a excellent and a thorough physician. The staff Melissa and Denise are always helpful and efficient. If you are looking for a new family doctor and medical staff in the northville/Novi area look no further.

Dr, Dooley was my provider for 1 year. She seems very nice, however doesn’t listen to your entire complaint before cutting you off to give you her suggestion without hearing the entire problem. I ALWAYS felt “rushed” at my appointments. I was going to her to seek therapy for pain from a recent car accident . She sent me to a place that only did injections & pills which I explained I didn’t want. when I asked for a different and more effective type of therapy to deal with what I was going through she suggested i read some book on how to deal with chronic pain!!. So I went to another doctor which prescribed awesome physical therapy and finally achieve my goal for pain relief for my neck & shoulders.. Also my daughter also was her patient. Asked her about my daughter canker sores that she gets in her mouth sometimes since she was 6, & now 15.. (I’ve asked all doctors this question & did my own research) just wanted to see if she could tell me something I haven’t read or heard yet.. … She said it could be stress in the home! Even made my daughter fell Uncomfortable when questioning her (had me step out to ask her questions). I was out done with her judge mental comment. Especially when we have a fun & loving home environment.. I took it as racial profiling. These aren’t my only complaints, but just my last 2 that made my decision to go elsewhere!

Dr. Dooley & her staff are very helpful & pleasant. I’ve been a patient since she opened in 2012. I really feel like she cares.

Office staff is not courteous of patiemts. Dr put her own matters first as well.

Dr. Dooley is a great doctor! She is very attentive to your concerns, addresses every issue, and is knowledgeable of the latest medical treatments. I especially appreciate her very quick response to test results, included with recommendations for further treatment (if necessary). An added bonus is the staff is very nice/professional and I've never had to sit in the waiting area more than a few minutes.

I was referred by a friend who gave highest recommendations & was a little nervous about mixed reviews online but when I met her & the staff she was phenomenal. Unsatisfied people make more noise on the internet than happy customers so I wanted to leave a review which I usually don’t do. I did not wait for a long time like I usually do at doctors. Her receptionist & MA were pleasant and smiled and thanked me for coming. Dr. Dooley LISTENED to me, she did not look at a computer the whole time. She explained a plan for my symptoms that made sense as I was blown off by other doctors in the past. She helped me feel better physically and emotionally and I’m so very thankful for her! FIVE STARS

Best doctor I've had in my adult life. Dr and her staff are all excellent, personable friendly and kind. Dr is thorough, receptionist always remembers me and has a smile.
