I have had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Stone and the staff there. The treatment I am given works great, the staff is friendly and helpful and would not go anywhere else!

I have been going to Dr. Dale Stone for about 20yrs. He is the only Doctor I will let treat me for my allergy. Great Doctor and he has a great staff. They are all very professional. That 10 minutes is about the longest any one would have to wait.

My mother, age 80, was a patient of Dr. Stone and she asked him to give her records to her primary doctor which he didn't. One week ago she ended up in the hospital (St. Joseph), which this website says he works from and the nurse's and staff have been trying diligently to get her records from Dr. Stone, as she has a very bad debilitating skin condition that can not be treated until they see his records. She also told me about an occasion after asking the office person for results of a test from a shot she had that the Dr. ordered and the office staff rudely said, "Well, we don't do shots here!" My mother had the shot at St. Mary's and wanted the test results. I would have to say her experience here would not be on the level of a 4 star as it is being rated, for sure and if I could I would not give a star at all, but the website won't except this without picking at least one star. Once she gets her results, we will be finding another autoimmune doctor. Unhappy daughter of… patient!

My daughter and I see Pam Steinberg and she is one of the most excellent practitioners that I have ever had. She actually listens to what you have to say and really thinks about how symptoms tie into the diagnosis. She never just rushes through her assessments, and actually takes time to speak with you. The office staff are all very nice as well.

The two doctors walk in together. Pam first, Dr Stone next. Dr Stone proceeds to talk first. Say's we won't be able to help you. Saying not in his excite words....But basically saying.... that I was a over medicated person, that goes around to area doctors to get my fix to clear up my problem. And a few other things, that were very hurtful. To say the least, I was very hurt and upset.(actually crying and the shoulders shaking and all that)... He doesn't even know me. How could he say such things. Yes, I was treated by a local doctor years ago, went threw all the testing, and did all the shots. Got better. Then my husband started to get allergies a few years later, so he went to Dr Stone's office a girl at his work suggested them. I should say she said to get the lady doctor (Pam). She was not thrilled with Dr Stone. So he went. Was treated by Pam, got all the shots. Felt great. He my husband really liked Pam. So when my allergies started acting up again, now with a little… asthma involved. Husband says why don't you go to the same place I go to. So I did. Was treated felt better. Didn't feel the need to keep going back, to tell them I'm fine. I'm not a rich person, and those co-pays can start adding up. So I stopped going. I've been told by my 2 doctors, that I tend to wait to long to see them when things start flareing up. And I should of come in sooner. I never really new anyone that had asthma, and never really took it as a real serious problem. I've delt with a daughter 21 days old that past away from a virus, my only sibling that at 33yrs of age passed away from cancer. Two yrs ago lost my mom passed away from cancer also,she died within 5 months. So those type of illnesis seem so much more serious. I realize now that asthma is serious and needs to be controlled. So now it's been 2 yrs from the last time that I went to Dr Stone's office. Asthma was really kicking my butt. Never had it so bad. So I called Dr. Stone's office to make a appointment. Was told it would be 2 weeks before they could see me. Told her it was really bad, her reply was Go to the hospital if it gets bad.... Ok..thanks..I guess...? So in the mean time, it's not getting better. Decide to call my first allergy doctor to see if he can get me in sooner. I was so shock to hear, that he had passed away, in late March. No words can describe how I felt for the girls that worked with him so long,I felt so sorry for them.... Well my appointment for Dr Stone's office was still 4 days away. I know I should of went to the hospital, I avoid them has much as possible. So my husband says I'll go get something over the counter, to see if it will help, till your appointment. He gets the medication/inhaler. It helps. But I still want to get to my appoinment on monday so I went, and the rest is history. I've never jumped from doctors to doctors to get my fix. I've never ever have written anything like this before. Dr Stone I hope you do read this. It wasn't meant to slame you. You are the doctor, and I recept all of you. And I have delt with many over the years (unfortually). BUT.... you didn't have the right to walk into the room and start going off on me like that. You haven't walked in my shoes so how dare you acuse me of something I am not. You actually said to me,we can't treat you here, and I should go somewhere else to get my fix. Well I will be going somewhere else, not to get my fix like you called it. But to get treated as a patient,not to be judged, and to feel better. I'm not just an insurance card, that brings in the $$$$. I'm a human being!!!! Thank you for your time.

Dr. Stone is an excellent doctor and will spend as much time as it takes to understand the problem. He will explain everything in detail and is very thorough. He is a caring person as well as an excellent physician. I have recommended him to several friends and all have been pleased with their experience. Office staff is very competent and friendly.

I waited about 30 minutes after scheduled appointment time. He was pacing up and down the hallway complaining about medicaid patients. He kept saying he was going to quit seeing them. His staff was trying to calm him down but he was just uncontrollable. He needs to retire. I will not return.
