Dr. Victoria Rogers Rankins, MD

I have suffered with the same issue for about a year now and nothing new has been recommended. I continue to be on the same medication and get no results from it. My last physical I addressed some concerns I had and nothing was ever addressed by the doctor concerning them. I just feel like a number when I visit this doctor. Today I tried to see about getting a different prescription but was told my doctor out sick and therefore I need to come in to see another doctor before the will prescribe anything. While I would understand if it was something new but my medical records show that this is the same thing for about a year. I feel they just want your co-payment and to bill your insurance and you get no results. I am trying another office now. If I have to pay again I might as well go somewhere else and pay them and hope for better results. I must say the receptionist was very professional and empathetic.

Had a good visit with her as alwaysð??? She discussed ways to regulate my diabetes better and I discussed things that were going on with my family. Got my flu shot and pneumonia shotð???

My experiences with Dr. Rankins has always been very professional. I appreciate her asking about my day or showing interest in my complete well-being beyond my appointment. I am very comfortable with her knowledge and skills and the many suggestions toward my treatment. Only wish other physicians were like her.

Victoria Rankins, MD was very thorough with her review of my symptoms. She accurately prescribed medicine that seems to be working and scheduled an appointment with a specialists in a timely manner. Overall, the staff and services were great. I would highly recommend.
