Dr. Rajan is a very smart and caring Doctor! He figured out what my problem was and helped me. He was kind and very caring. I would recommend him and his office to anyone with neurological issues. He takes the time to listen and help his Patients!

I had been waiting for 3 weeks for the employee to find my double optic neuritis chart. She said well we can actually get you in tomorrow early. My phone did not charge and my brother was in a automobile accident so I just grabbed my phone and left to get to my niece. When I finally got home and called the women was extremely rude. Kept arguing and emphasizing that I said I slept in late. Refused to show the slightest compassion. Never once was I informed that you can only be 15 minutes later or not show for one appointment and now I can’t see mercy health neurology. Completely dissatisfied with the lack of knowledge and empathy this company has showed. Melissa has zero business in customer service

The medical assistant , think her name starts with a J ,at this office is sweet and kind . The doctor seemed to really care about my symptoms and ordered testing . I will be following up with this physician soon for my test results .

As a fellow physician of 28 years, I have consulted with Dr. Rajan on an almost daily basis for many years. Several members of my family are patients of his. I would not refer any of my patients or family to a doctor I did not think of as excellent, and Dr. Rajan is excellent!

My gp sent me to Dr. Rajan for diagnosis on numbness in my hand. Dr. Rajan told me that it is cubital tunnel syndrome. Several months later my gp has still not gotten a report of my visit. This is the second time this has happened.

My experience with this doctor has been a nightmare. He talked down to me and was not respectful or professional at all. He was short with me when I asked him questions and acted like I had no business being involved in my own care. I have switched doctors and would tell anyone and everyone NOT to seek this doctor's services. I feel very fortunate to still have my health...he was truly that inadequate.
