Dr. Evidente is the best in the business! My husband is 66 years old and has Parkinsons. He was highly recommended and rightly so! Dr. Evidente has a passion to want to help and assist people, and in our case, with Parkinson's. He knows his stuff, very smart, and we love him! He is also like the brother we never had! He is always positive and believes there is a solution to everything! He makes my husband relaxed and never feeling like this is no hope! He recommended DBS and the best surgeon for it and now going on a couple of years with DBS he not only cut the meds in half, my husband is doing great! He's the best!!!

My wife has Parkinsons. The tremors were beyond noticeable, her memory was getting fuzzy and her driving was getting to the point I was going to have to stop it which would have literally destroyed her. So I took her to Barrows which is supposed to be the best clinic of it's type anywhere. After an initial visit, they prescribed medication and over the next 5 months quadrupled the dosage without any effect. On recommendation we went to Dr. Evidente. After a grueling interview, almost annoying, and then 3 tests, we came back and the doctor prescribed medication. 3 months later my wife was back to "normal" no tremors, her memory was working and her driving was great. The doctor adjusted the dosage of the medicine and if you met my wife you would not know she has Parkinsons. Thank you Dr. Evidente for giving us our lives back!!!

Dr Evidente has a passion like I have not seen to help patients with movement disorders. Truly a GEM to work with!

I love my neurologist!! Seeing him always gives me hope and I receive quality care from the minute I walk in the door. He and his staff go out of their way to accommodate me as I drive 3 hours to see him. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Everyone I have referred to him has been very happy with his professionalism and knowledge. I truly feel he is on the forefront of all current studies and information about the ever changing world of Parkinsons.

Dr Evidente is very compassionate and professional. He knows his stuff and is very responsive to his patients needs, both physical and emotional. He gives me hope! I Highly recommend him for anyone with any kind of neurological disorder. His specialty is movement disorder related to Parkinsons.. He is top notch and worked at Mayo Clinic for 11 years before going into private practice.

The Doctor is thorough and attentive, but rushed me into very expensive testing. The bill for the first visit alone was over $3500.00. I should have pressed for more details, but did not expect a single office visit to rack up such a whopping bill. The testing was quite painful, and I think, unnecessary. The low rating is because no explanation of treatment was given, and I feel like a chump for going along.

Dr Evidente and his staff are warm, friendly and kind. He is not the first Neurologist I tried, he is the third and I am not usually that picky about doctors. But the first two did not seem to have the time or desire to get to know me and Dr. Evidente doesn't appear to want to get me out the door as soon as possible
