Dr. Vishal P Shah, MD

This doctor seems to be excessively absent. Trying to get refills of psychiatric medicine during these periods is extremely frustrating. The doctor does not refill prescriptions during these times very consistently. Some he will refill and some he just ignores. This is after giving him a lead time of a week Which should be plenty of time considering some of these refills are controlled substances and cannot be filled early. This doctor is inconsistent, unreliable, and it makes me question if he’s moonlighting doing something else on the side. In a period of one and a half months this doctor has been absent twice for at least a week each time.

The staff and Dr. Shah have the patience of Job. Thank you for helping me get through some of life’s obstacles.

I am so grateful for Dr Shah. He has truly helped me figure out our son’s issues. Our lives have changed, there is a peace in our home now. Great Dr. thank you from the bottom of our hearts. PS- I read a review above, his daughter is 3 or maybe 4yrs old. I doubt she’s a drug addict lol

I was hoping and praying the appointment would help my kido but it was nothing but waste of money, time and heart ache. He was running way behind and we waited an hour, he seemed to be aggravated and annoyed. I wanted to know the reasoning behind his thoughts and diagnosis and that’s when he became very defensive and angry. Almost like I am the doctor whatever I say goes. Please save your $375 and go to someone compassionate willing to help your child. If you just want to sit there and nod and agree with everything he says, also pay for an hour visit when it was 25 min then he is the doctor for you. Just please beware and save yourself the heartache and the traumatic experience. My poor child was so upset with this experience. My baby was crying after this appt. We have found a very good psychiatrist now who has been a god sent! Best of luck, god bless.

I was very disappointed with my experience with my child! Dr Shah gave her a diagnosis that did not match the symptoms at all. Very upsetting to spend so much for such poor quality service. They are all in it for the money and a psychiatrist that does his job for the money is not a doctor you want to go to. Very insensitive and became very cocky when I asked why he used the diagnosis. Save your money and go somewhere else!

The dr. is lazy his office manager is his wife and they fight in the office. She talks about their drug addict daughter and it’s a negative environment.
