Dr Rai did not see me at all the month I was in riverside for a major stroke where I flatlined, was on a breathing tube, and totally out of it for some time. When I arrived for my follow up from my stroke I was on a walker, oxygen & still very sick. I explained how my brain still has comprehension issues, memory loss, trouble with reaction times, etc. I showed him how my left (primary) side was still weak, my hand shakes uncontrollably, etc. I was completely blown off! Told I'm doing great, can go back to driving & work. I cannot even write my name!!!! But he told me to get in a car & put myself & every body else on the road in danger!!!!! Work a job that I write & type all day and can no longer do...on the 5th floor of a corporate building with no way out if there is a fire seeing I cannot do steps, let alone 5 floors!!!!!!!! This doctor even told me if I file for disability he would deny it, that all I need to do is take care of my morbid obesity (his exact words) and I would be… fine. That I need to go have gastric bypass surgery! When I told him I am not even 100lbs over weight & it's due to 9 years & currently on 20mg of steroids daily for pain & inflammation due to my rheumatoid arthritis and me failing all treatments. He rudely told me that I needed to figure it out...I would not recommend him to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!
