I had a very disappointing experience with this provider during a recent telehealth appointment. From the beginning, the tone felt dismissive and judgmental. I was asked about a serious diagnosis, and when I answered, the question was repeated in a way that came across as condescending. The appointment quickly became unproductive. I was interrupted while trying to explain my history, and conclusions were made without giving me the chance to fully speak. At one point, an inappropriate comment was made about my prior care, which I found concerning, especially in a mental health setting. I left the appointment feeling worse than when I started, which is not what anyone should experience when seeking help. I would recommend looking elsewhere for care.

I had a highly unpleasant experience with her when seeking help for depression through telehealth. She was very cold, unempathetic, and had no interest in bedside manner or developing a therapeutic relationship. When trials with some antidepressants were not working, she suggested antipsychotics (which sounded severe and unnecessary) and told me I was “running out of options” in a robotic voice, which added to the hopelessness I was already feeling. The experience with her left me drained and worse off than before. It was awful to come to a healthcare provider in a vulnerable state and be met with absolutely no empathy or genuine desire to help.

One of the worst telehealth appointments I’ve had. The provider was robotic and dismissive, mostly reading prompts and typing my answers instead of actually engaging. When I mentioned feeling depressed, there was essentially no empathy. I left the appointment feeling worse than when I logged on. She should not be a doctor.
