I had a 12:30 appointment, my wife at 12:45 in Madison. The office did not open from lunch until 12:36, with 6 patients waiting in the hallway. The receptionist opened the door and said all my 12:30 appointments sign in first. The first person to sign in, signed in also for Dr Hubickey just in front of me. As a result he was called in first. I asked the receptionist if they double booked, and she informed me they can’t give out that information. I inturn told her to cancel my appointment and my wife followed suit. My wife and I do not intend to return and are looking for a new ophthalmologist who will schedule use like a valued patient, not cafeteria style medicine, where they care about our wellbeing not stacking patients for their financial gain.

Dr. Hubikey was my boss when we were stationed in Panama. You will not find a physician that cares about patients more than him. But overall he is a compassionate human being with respect and empathy for all. God speed Doc! Alex A. Rodriguez Research Chemist Theologian

I drove 30 mins and waited 2 hours to see this doctor with my small child only to be told I need to come back when my eye tears. I clearly asked the girl on the phone if I needed to wait and she said no he will be able to see it. The Dr was walking backwards toward the door as he was talking to me. A total waste of $60

I found Dr. Hubickey to be a warm human being who was also very precise in his observations and measurements regarding my eyes. I felt very confident in him and his staff, and look forward to dealing with him in the future.

Dr Hubickey was professional and thorough. He told me what was happening to my eye and explained my options. I have suggested that my wife see him. I will certainly go back when I need eye care.

Dr. Hubickey did Lasik Surgery on both my eyes two years ago and I highly recommend him . I follow up yearly at his office. Very caring and compassionate towards his patients and has an excellent staff.
