Dr. Walter Ansun Rho, MD

Dr. Rho is the worst Dr. I've ever been to. He was so rude and cold, and either ignored or contradicted everything I was saying. I would advise you to not waste your time and money and go to someone else.

Saw Dr Rho for three years.. once every 5 weeks. I had a hand injury that was very painful and eventually needed two surgeries. He never examined my hand arm or wrist.. he just spoke quickly from the door. After a year of me complaining of suffering, he finally sent me for an MRI which suggested I needed surgery. He never explained the surgery to me, I had to ask his co workers what to expect. I would Suggest other hand doctors in the practice if you want communication.

Does not care about his patients - your nothing but a $ sign

Good Ortho Group - not so good doctor. Too busy to examine hand problems. Would not look at me. In and out like a mill. I'll never go back ever.

He saw me for a palm injury for 5 minutes. No press, pull, push evaluation, just pressed on my palm and asked if it hurts. Did Xray, was negative so ordered MRI, No advise how to treat of handle while waiting for MRI. No phone calls after report came and I left messages 3 days in a row. PA called, read the report to me, I know how to read English also. Tells me to make appointment again so his office can bill me again. Really! done with this so un-noble help.

Getting a second opinion...he looked at my hand from the other side of the room. Don't feel comfortable w/that and the 3 minute appointment.

I went to Dr. Rho after being misdiagnosed by an orthopedist, telling me I had a Gaglion Cyst(sp). I was having a significant problem with my constant pain, swelling and lack of mobility with my left hand/wrist. This Dr. told me that there was No Hope to regain the use of the wrist properly and the pain would be permanent. He could operate to remove all of the fragments and pieces "floating" around in the joint, but there was no guarantee it would help and the wrist would continue to hurt. If this was not acceptable, he suggested that he remove the fragments and fuse the joint to prevent it from moving any further, essentially losing the use of my hand. I was 45 years old and require the use of my hand to work and live. I found another physician - recommended by my new primary care dr.. This new Physician explained to me - after reviewing all of the x-rays and MRI of my hand that - there were no "floating" pieces in the joint and he provided me with many other options to help… with the pain/ problems with my wrist and hand. He also performed a fantastic procedure on the joint called PRP and my wrist is now almost perfect. There is minimal pain, the swelling has almost completely subsided and I have full range of motion, with NO surgery required. Had I listened to Dr. Rho I would have lost the use of my hand. Shame on him and his lack of caring enough to evaluate me properly.

I Took my daughter father inlaw and wife besides myself to Dr Rho for the past 15 years for help with injuries and aches he acted in the most professional manner I have ever experienced with a Dr. He has a great way about himself and leaves no rock unturned. Dr. Rho is an excellent doctor who is dilligent and professional abut his work, while maintaining a compassionate side with his patients. An asset to your team
