Dr Ross is great, and I occasionally see him and his daughter around Trussville. However, he retired over 10 years ago, so getting an appointment with him is questionable.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Ross. I love Dr. Ross but his new staff are awful. They are not friendly and when I need a refill on a prescription they take days to call the prescription in to the pharmacy. Living with asthma is not easy and going days without my medication makes it even harder.

Difficult to get an appointment, staff was extremely rude, slMming window loudly when I turned around, blonde, I assume "the boss" gave very sneering glares whenever I looked her way. This was all before I saw the doctor, who spent less than 15 minutes with me, to discuss a cough that I've been suffering with for more than 3 months. Was given a prescription of which has been tried in the past, as I explained, he wanted to try it again and return in a month. I seriously doubt I'll be returning.

This is one of the Rudest people I have ever met!! He will NEVER have to worry about me as a patient EVER AGAIN!!!!!

In the absence of my own doctor and necessity to be seen, I had no choice but to see Dr. Ross. While he was quick to diagnose the problem, he was rude and condescending to me and my family. I have since returned to my regular physician and will never return to see Dr. Ross and will never recommend him to anyone. Patient care has many aspects and this doctor lacks too many key components to the complete package.

One of the nicest doctors that I have ever met. He is very compassionate and available. He is dedicated and shows you are important to him because he will listen and answer questions. He is very caring and helpful and will spend ample time with you at every visit.
