Dr. Rucker is a caring individual. He is concerned in finding out your problems, listens, and takes care of the emotional, physical, and mental part of the person to make sure he is caring for you entirely and your ailment. His staff, I have found, to be efficient, carding, and concerned for the patient.

Dr.Rucker is a very caring Dr..He takes time with his paitents and listens and realy cares.My husband and I are so glad to have found him.Just wish other Drs. could learn a lot from him.Hes an awesome person.

The Receptionists and some of the nurses are actually rude and not very helpful. They also do not get paperwork completed as requested. Dr. Rucker is excellent and worth the aggrivation of having to deal with some of his staff, with the exception of one or two individuals.

Dr. Rucker is wonderful, but his staff has a lot to be desired. They did not follow up on referral appointments, failed to send proper documentation even after numerous calls, causing delay in getting appointments; not very efficient.
