She is absolutely remarkable!! Soft spoken, friendly, experienced and efficient. Super small stitches on a basal cell under my eye which was quite large healed under 2 weeks and left no scar.

Dr. Lou performed Mohs surgery on my right ear. Unfortunately, the melanoma was deep and required 3 incisions before it was all eradicated. I was nervous thinking about what my ear was going to look like after such a large piece had to be taken. Dr. Lou spent an hour reconstructing my eat and stitching me up. After a few weeks I was amazed at how good my ear looks. I feel very fortunate to have been treated by such a gifted surgeon.

Dr. Lou is very professional in explaining what she was doing and answered any concerns I had. Very satisfied with the results, it healed quite nicely with no pain. Would recommend her for the faint of heart. Very gentle hands.

She takes the time to excise skin cancer cleanly with minimal cutaneous/neural disruption. I am a fortunate patient!

Dr. Lou performed MOHS surgery on my chin and did a superb job of closing the incision. There is no discernible scar from the one inch incision. Furthermore, while there to have my stitches removed, I told her I had just received another biopsy report and needed a mole excised ASAP. I really like Dr. Lou. I've been with her for over 10 years! She's skilled, caring and honest, to the point. Tells you what you need to do (enough though you may not want to hear or do it). She'll refer if a case or part of a case should been done by someone else. I've recommended so many people to her. She does mostly surgery and cosmetic procedures and is usually quite busy.
