I had a 2:00 appointment today. The staff failed to tell me he was running behind. I waited in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours and when I was taken back to the exam room, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. So I left. The only way I will reschedule is if they call me and apologize. Then I will schedule the first appointment in the morning or the first appointment after lunch!

Dr. Alison is a very talented professional . The north Alabama area is very lucky to have him. His staff also does a very good job in making you feel welcome and well cared for.

Dr. Alison and staff are great. I was disappointed that the Botox did not do the job I was expecting; but I understand it does not always work.

My experienced was EXCELLENT! From first contact through check-ins and actual surgery I felt I was dealing with caring persons who were completely confident and competent in their individual and collective skills. My experience was extremely positive and accompanied by very personalized care. I expecially appreciated the details Dr. Alison shared before and after the surgery which greatly facilitated my understanding of his goals as a surgeon and contributed to my peace of mind as a patient.

I definately would use Dr. Alison. He and his staff are very profesional and caring. He goes above and beyond to make sure his patients are happy and well taken care of. He is truly an awesome doctor And does beautiful work.

Dr. Alison performed my surgery with the utmost of skill and care. The operation was completely successful and recovery almost pain-free. Followup was prompt and reassuring. I would highly recommend Dr. Alison.
