Just went in for a consult with Dr. Austin for a Breast Aug and it was the most amazing experience. I felt so comfortable and he answered all my question I had before I even had to ask them! His staff is so sweet and beautiful! I’ve also been to his medical spa for injections before had and every experience that I’ve had has been nothing short of amazing. He is doing big things in Augusta!

Dr Austin was absolutely worth the wait! I went to see him for an augmentation and tummy tuck. I can’t believe how happy I am with my results. I’m absolutely over the moon! He was extremely professional and walked us through every step of the process and his staff go above an beyond. From the moment of my initial consultation I have felt the utmost confidence in Dr Austin and his staff! I am 6 weeks post-op from a mommy makeover and I love, love, love my results!!! I know it’s only going to get better with time and I can’t wait to see how much better it is going to be because I already love the results so much. Dr. Austin is knowledgeable and did an excellent job answering all my questions. The staff is very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for a great plastic surgeon, I would most definitely recommend this practice to anyone.

Untrustworthy and Unresponsive. I had to call and email several times asking for information about my surgery and NEVER recieved an answer. Consultation for gynecomastia is free almost everywhere. I was told by receptionist that he does this surgery, gland removal and liposuction EVERY week and after my visit, they did not have ONE SINGLE before and after surgery picture. I call them theft for charging me $50 for consultation for less than 5 minutes of his time and zero response to any of my questions. Be careful with these reviews. Definitely don't trust this guy.

Dr. Austin is a wonderful physician with great bedside manner. From consultation to pre-op to follow up visits, he has spent a lot of time with me during my appointments. He is very thorough with his information and post-operative instructions. I am very pleased with my care.
