Dr. Boedefeld was recommended to me by my cardiologist, Henry Patrick, during a heart catherization procedure. I saw Dr. Boedefeld for the first time following the heart catch procedure in recovery. He had already briefed my wife and daughter all about the by-pass procedure and success per centagrs He told me he could do my procedure two days later. I jumped on it. He did the procedure, double by-pass on a Friday and I was out of the hospital on Tuesday. It has been almost three years and my last two nuclear stress tests have been exemplary. He is an extraordinary clinician and had an incredibly approachable bedside manner. He answered each and every question with honesty and great compassion. I can not recommend him high enough at just a five.

I can't say enough good comments. Dr. Boedefeld has a great bedside manner and was willing to entertain my pestering questions. As he repaired by mitrial valve (fixed without an artificial valve replacement), I am especially happy. Dr. Boedefeld's staff was also great. They treated me well.

Appears to be up to date in modern techniques and procedures. I'm 9 weeks out and so far, so good. I had some meds that had to be switched but this surgeon coupled with a good cardiologist has been a winning combination for me so far. Recommended as "top shelf".

Dr. Boedefeld wouldn't take the time of day to explain himself . He made us feel that he didn't care if we understood or not. He has a God Complex. Doesnt' want to let me to, let him crack open my chest and oops " I don't know and walk off" hate to tell him , he is not God! Thank You Jesus , that he is not!

Dr Bodefeld explained everything to me and my daughter and gave us plenty of time for questions. He was honest about my diagnosis and gave me all the needed information concerning my upcoming surgery. I felt confident with his experience in cases like mine.
