Doctor Constadt has been my physician for over 30 years. He did lasik surgery for me in the nineties and it was so incredibly wonderful to be able to see like I had never seen before. Now he did cataract surgery on both eyes. Both surgeries were two weeks apart and both went smoothly. Happy to see everything so bright and clear.

I came in as a new patient because I was experiencing eye pain, redness, and pressure, which was very distressing since I had never had this issue before. Because it was a first-time occurrence for me, I had basic questions and was trying to understand what was happening. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed during the visit. When I asked questions, the doctor appeared visibly irritated and, while looking at his computer screen rather than at me, said, “Shh! Stop speaking. I will explain later.” The tone felt rude and condescending, and I immediately felt embarrassed and afraid to ask anything else. I understand that doctors are busy and may need time to explain findings, but patients who are in pain or worried deserve to be spoken to respectfully. I left the appointment feeling uncomfortable and unheard. At the end of the visit, the doctor did not say goodbye or look at me; he simply stopped speaking while looking at the screen, so I walked out unsure whether the visit was over. I hope… this feedback is taken constructively. Clear communication and basic kindness make a significant difference, especially when a patient is anxious, in pain, and seeking help for a new medical concern.

I had my 4mo check up last week, I have glaucoma and cataracts at this time. Dr. Constad has been my physician for a few years and he is always very professional and aware of all y medical conditions and medications. All my questions and concerns are addressed, I am always very satisfied with my visit when I leave. The staff is always professional and friendly.
