Incorrect diagnosis

I was initially diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis, and was referred to a rheumatologist who did bloodwork, and the results were not conclusive, but Dr. Newton and the rheumatologist still went under the assumption of psoriatic arthritis. After several months of physical therapy the improvement was minimal, and only during my 2nd visit was I given a cortisone shot (other orthos I consulted after the fact told me I should have received cortisone at my 1st follow-up). I ultimately went to the Mayo clinic, where they actually spent time with me and ran me through several tests. As it turned out I've been dealing with frayed cartilage NOT psoriatic arthritis!!! Esentially I had to spend time, money, and effort - not to mention thinking that I had a systemic arthritic condition at the age of 36 - when it could have been properly diagnosed if Dr. Newton and the rheumatologist spent more than just a few minutes with me per visit.

Orthopedist that never asks to see the patient walk or do any other type of movement diagnosis?!? Called 4 times for a referral for an injection. NEVER returned the phone call to either me or the referring physician for the injection.

Fractured Clavicle First visit: Took x-rays. When Dr. Newton came in the room he was very rushed, looked at the x-rays once and noticed it was displaced, started rambling off healing percentages and whether I'd need surgery or not, to which he never actually answered. His final answer was "It should heal on it's own, but you still have the option if you want surgery, but I wouldn't be comfortable performing it, I'd send you to somebody else". Well ok then. I tried to ask questions but he was much too concerned with getting out the door and onto the next patient. I was pretty disappointed after this visit. 2nd Visit 1 week later: took k-rays again Upon this visit he completely contradicted what he said on the first visit. Every question I asked was never really answered and he again was only focused on getting out of the room rather than taking the time needed with me. Total time there, 54 minutes. Total time talking to Dr. Newton, 6 minutes. I still had questions but he was actually standing up and slightly facing the door as I was asking and as he was answering. Worst doctor I have ever been to. I had to fax over paperwork for Short-Term Disability pay for work and even pay $40 for them to just fill 1 sheet out, it has now been 6 days since I faxed it over and yet they somehow still haven't filled it out.
