He is a bad doctor

Fell and thought I had broken my hand and severed tendons. Went there, and the staff didn't know what to do with me, he wasn't there but would be there in less than "15 minutes. A left twice to go to ER, but each time the nurse asked me to stay just a bit more. Bottom line, after 3 hours, he shows up, retakes an X-ray (because the nurse didn't know how to position the hand) and pronounced that I was fine. 3 days after, I go to an orthopedic surgeon becuase I can't move 4 fingers, and he finds 3 breaks and damage. He is dangerous and should have his license revoked.

Do not go to this doctor!!!!!! He will charge your co-pay and tell you the rest is covered by insurance then you will receive bills in the mail exceeding $1000.

Starting with the nurse, she seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She didn't know how to use the thermometer machine, the scale, etc. Even though there were not any other patients, the doctor was in and out of the room in 3 minutes. He was apathetic and made many rude, sarcastic remarks. His bedside manner was poor.

Despite what the hours on the door say AND what the outgoing phone message says regarding their business hours, apparently they reserve the right to close shop whenever they please. If you are in a situation that you feel requires you or a loved one to be seen immediately, I wouldn't risk the waste of time. Recently, I called at 9:30 and asked about their hours and was placed on hold. Did they need to decide if they wanted to see another patient or go home early? While on hold I received a call back from my pediatrician who said we should head to the clinic. In the meantime, the clinic hung up. When I called them back I got their outgoing message which said they were open until 10:00. This was also the closing time that was posted on the door when my husband pulled up into their parking lot at 9:40. Lights out, doors locked...I guess they were afraid we might actually show up. If this had been a life threatening emergency this clinic would have wasted valuable time. After… this incident, I've since learned that this is not an unusual practice for this particular clinic.Instead, my son was seen at Town Center ER. When he came home he told me, "Mommy, that doctor was REALLY nice." Even though we live less than five minutes from Coppell Minor Emergency, we will not be going back. It is well worth the extra few minutes to get to Town Center to be sure the clinic will actually be open.
