never answers calls, or returns calls...this is for children who are psycologically imapired !We can never get refills, or appointments, or ever get in touch with a human at all. The phone lines never work, hes rude to children who mis behave, threatens to kick them out!Takes too long of a duration to decide whether to give your child the meds he or she needs, and then when an adjustment is needed, makes every exscuse why not to do it, him haws around and makes it very difficult to get help!My daughter has been out of meds for a month, no response from doctor ever!He has no staff to take calls or appointments. This practice is way down hill, go somewhere else!

I am an adult and Dr. Halloran saw me for a few years in Chico. Excellent Doctor. He also saw my foster son. Caring, and truly compassionate. Knows his stuff!
