Dr. William J Jordan, MD

Best orthopedic surgeon. I have had 4 different surgeries with Dr. Jordan, and prefer his professional services over any other.

If you want a militaristic style cold doctor, go see him, but don't expect compassionate Alan Alda from MASH. He could not have cared less about me as a fellow human or as a medical patient. I got maybe three words in edgewise during the pointless consult. I know what a good doctor is; he's far from that. Dismissive, brusque, impatient, and I fear, he could be harmful to your situation. I don't understand the good reviews at all...maybe in the past he was different. Check his one star reviews on Google and Healthgrades. Then, I'd consider all of the people who didn't leave reviews, but just took their lumps. Do better 'Doctor'.

Always get answers and he has good bedside manners! Staff members are friendly! I wouldn't go any place but Dr. Jordan office!

I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. 2 Convenient locations to choose from. My wait time was less than 15 minutes. I’ve seen Dr Jordan on several occasions. He has always been very professional and thorough. Quickly diagnosed my problem, explained the treatment plan and other options if that didn’t work.

Dr Jordan is very professional and takes all the time necessary to interact with the patient to determine the issues related to the patient’s visit. He fully explains the issues and the path forward. He completely handled my situation with a successful treatment.

I initially chose Dr Jordan because he was the only orthopedic surgeon I could find in Willis, but I'm glad I did. He far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Jordan spent nearly an hour listening to my concerns, answering my questions, and doing everything in his power to keep me off the operating table. I honestly didn’t expect that from a surgeon! He was honest, straightforward, and laid out a treatment plan with surgery only as an absolute last resort. Highly recommended.

Second time seeing Dr Jordan… I am still in recovery/ physiotherapy stage, but I already can say: Dr J. and his office staff are marvelous. Dr Jordan assessed my knee expertly and explained options. Once I chose MCL surgery, his expert staff worked effectively to obtain approval from the (freaking) insurance. He carefully performed reconstructive internal brace surgery, taking no shortcuts. Before and after, he explained anatomy and process w visuals and explanations. Gave me supreme confidence I was in good hands. I sense already, as was our goal, that I will soon be back playing sports.

Dr. Jordon is extremely good in diagnosing and prescribing proper medication or procedure to allieve the pain. I am extremely happy with Dr. Jordon and recommend him to anyone who has any issues with ankle and foot.

Dr. Jordan is very thorough and doesn't pull any punches when explaining the situation regarding a patient problem when explained my it to the patient. Office staff is very efficient and friendly.

Dr Jordan was great as well as his front staff at the Willis office.
