Doc is both well versed in many areas and compassionate. He always takes ample time with you and is very reachable when you need him. He isn't afraid to refer you to another physician when necessary. Love him like a son ! He's earned it....

A doctor that listens to the patient! What a wonderful concept! I left my last doctor due to talking about other members of my family were more important then finding out what was wrong with me. I travel 45 minutes each way to see this doctor, and it is so worth it for me!

Dr. Kozak is a throw back to when doctors actually listened to their patients and did NOT watch their time. He takes as much time as possible to get to the root of whats ailing you. He is so approachable a true professional. I would reccomend Dr. Kozak to anyone looking for a caring, compassionate and dedicated doctor. Besides he loves animals, whats that tell you!
