Dr. Washington is very Helpful with Patients

I have seen Dr.Washington for about 9 years now and have had nothing but positive interactions with him. He really cares about his patients and I'm glad to say he is my doctor.

It was my first visit to the office I had to wait for about a month before the appointment . My Rx run out before my visit I called to see if he would write me a Rx for blood pressure and thyroid meds.they told me he can't he need to see me first. Waited for without meds for a month. I got there early because I knew it was my first appointment. When I got there the paper work I started to got me irritated because the paper work wants to know everyone in my house hold and there social security numbers . I'm here for me not my family.On top of that the front desk staff were giggling constantly like it was a comedy club.I worked in Drs offices before that could never be good . There are people who are feeling sick and they need to pay attention to what need to be done. The MA that help me was pleasant.then the Drs assistant came in and asked me a lot off medical questions he check my breathing and then left and said the dr would be with me. He finally came in and spend less time with… me than the Ma and his assistant . He walk me to the lab for blood work. The lab person looking for the blood and couldn't find it she was about the go to him then she saw it pop up.She stuck me and did one vail of blood then walk to the computer then realized he added more blood work so she had to stick me again. I made a return appointment at the front Des and Had to asked for my Id and insurance the front desk didn't give it back to me because they are so busy playing around there. From there I went straight to the Pharmacy because I needed to start taking me meds that I miss for a month. To my surprise he didn't send the Rx to the Pharmacy and got home and called the office the person I spoke to said he will tell the dr . I called the pharmacy nothing so I have to go another day with out meds.called there emergency system and the person said I have to called the Drs office in the morning .My gut feelings about the place was so right. I'm calling my Insurance in the morning and change dr. Sorry not for me.

Dr. Washington is great. He has been a great help to me through surgery recovery and pain medicine withdrawal. I was given a great deal of pain med in the past by a terrible doctor (Bruce Massau) he is a white coat dealer. He has no sympothy for his patients like Dr Washington does. I highly recommend Dr. Washington.

He is the most concerned Dr I've ever had. He makes me feel totally important and he very great listener. Everyone in my family loves and praises him. Dr Washington is really the best and deserves and award.;

After being treated disrespectufully and ghetto demeanor by the office staff because my VALID identication was from out state, I had watch them send another diabled person back and forth to her car likely just to see her do it. There is a God and He witnessed it all. Though hardly abe to walk and needing to be seen, they refused to honor my appointment though I do not drive and have no need to get a photo ID from this state which happens to be my borthplace. When I had ask to see a copy of the policy, the woman pickes up the phone as if to call the police. I stood waiting for an answer and would have loved to see the reaction of any odficer answering the call about a sick and civil orsaianed minister being miatreated by the caller who is refusing her right as consumer and patient. I had seen him and taken my family to see him years ago. I had witnessed that even in the medical field there are community parasites that take advantage of the people in serving themselves while having no… care for the people. As I waited for my sagher to finish her appointment there, not only did one of the insolent staff members declarw that they were a private business and can have any policy they wanted, but others in that office comw to thw front (whoch is encased with a bullet proof like window) and seemed to be sharing with the others how they disrepected or told off a patient. My doctor who is not practicing anymore referred his patients to him. I had tried to remember why I did not go back years ago, besides the same great distance and expense used to travel that day and in the past, but could not. Whether family or friends employed there, he has and will lose patients as a eesult od the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of his staff. In this indormation age, I do hope that their victim/patients realize that better care and service is accessable and leave that staff in that building alone to mistreat each other versus the public in need of medical care.

Dr Washington is a pill pusher, who provides elderly people with 100s of pain meds for a 30 day supply. Then he gets the feds on him...and he cuts them off cold turkey. He should lose his licenses! His staff are unbelievablity rude and nasty, who could really care less the way they talk to you, or treat you. They are his white wifes family. They are watching you Dr. Washington, be afraid! I really hope you lose your license to practice law in Ohio!
