waiting 30 minutes in the lobby to be told it would be another 45 minute wait. I left. If you have an appointment with this guy, pack food and water, you will be there a long time.

I took my father here, because he was having some bad reactions to the medicine that Dr. Ko had prescribed. As we were talking I told him what my pain management Dr. Does for my pain just to give an example of what did work for me since the last medication he provided for my father made him vomit and nearly faint. Then Dr. Ko tells me in a rude tone I don't have time for this I am here for him not you ! Wow really I was not asking for help for my self, but for my father. Do not waste your time coming here to see this man he is rude and not helpful what so ever.

I'm 70 yrs old and have had lower back pain for years. had cortezone shots in the past which helped only a little. I decided to get my first Abation done on my lower back by Dr. Ko. The office wait (in fullerton) time was very reasonable, about 1/2 hr. the office staff was very nice. the procedure only took 15 minutes, the doctor was very pleasant. Dr. Ko said I should feel relief in about a week, but I must say, by the next day my pain was down about 80%. wish I got this done sooner. thank you.

My husband and I have seen Dr Ko several times . We are so impressed with his caring and concerned time he spends with us . His staff are so nice and accommodating.

If your looking for a great pain management doctor in the of I would strongly sugest.Dr. Ko!!!

My overall rating of Dr Ko is good, but I cannot say that for his medical assistant/scheduler. Trying to schedule an appointment over the phone for a procedure is a total nightmare. I have made numerous calls, have waited on hold for over 15 minutes at a time and still have not spoken to the proper person. I have left my name & number over a 4 day period and still no return call and no appointment for a much needed procedure. What kind of patient care is this?

The guy was rude and had condescending smirks throughout the only time I've seen him. Later, he'd yell at me which was very unprofessional. The rest of the time, I would see his Physician Assistants where one was good, the other was nasty with a god complex. I'll admit, he knew his stuff and was a very competent doctor; just his bedside manner was off. The other thing I 'll admit was good about him was he did took his time in our first visit; albeit the only visit I've had with him whereas the other few communications was via phone. He discharged me without giving me not only a significant chance as I felt I wasn't given enough while my pain was out of control and had to go just one to two pills above, but what was cruel was that I wasn't given any more of my medication to last me until I could see my GP which led me to suffer in withdrawal.

Very caring compassionate Doctor.

Caring doctor who sits down and talks to you. Most doctors rush in and out without even looking at you. Took care of neck pain with heat treatment.

My mother had terrible sciatica. Dr. Ko provided excellent care. Highly recommend this doctor.
