Dr Sheppard took time during the appointment to explain everything, offer solutions and made me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Bedside manner was fantastic. I would highly recommend him (and the entire practice) to anyone needing his services.

Very pleasant experience with the exception of being told I definitely do need hearing aids. At least he told me in a blunt fashion, did not mince his words & he has such a great personality I couldn’t help but to like him. He is easy to talk to, does not waste your time & I was pleased with his efficiency. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Sheppard was great. He assessed & cleaned my ears, prescribed medication & came up with a plan for future visits for an ear & allergy follow up. I was pleased.

This was my first visit with Dr Sheppard. Couldn't be more satisfied. Was in and out in 15 minutes. He was friendly, thorough, and answered all my questions. Set up a follow up appointment for some testing and out the door. Definitely a 5 star rating.

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Sheppard for years. He is always polite, professional and to the point. I honestly wish all of my doctors handled things that way. Thank you Dr. Sheppard, it is always a pleasure. Accept for that thing up my nose.

Dr. Sheppard has been my family’s ENT for years. We just love his very friendly, considerate, professional, Happy personality ALL OF THE TIME. He’s extremely knowledgeable about his craft! He NEVER rushes you but you are in and out of the exam room because he KNOWS his stuff, no guess work just a precise diagnosis. Dr. Sheppard explains his diagnosis to you by using his charts in his exam room so that you can visualize and understand what his diagnosis is for you and how he will treat you. I give Dr. Sheppard a 10 out of 10!

Best doctor out there. He’s caring, professional and an excellent surgeon. He’s a great problem solver for any health situation. If you want to feel 100% by an attentive doctor, he’s your man.

1st Visit. Doc was great. Listened as to why I was there. Looked at records and tests/results, explained findings and no “fluff”! Recommended next steps to help me and just like that/matter of fact, he addressed all concerns! Great experience!
