Dr. William Russell Price, MD

Went a couple of years ago for an acute injury, spent a whopping three minutes in the room, explained nothing other than I would need to be in a walking boot for a month. Had an MRI which, according to him didn't show anything out of the ordinary, and was told I needed to just "suck it up". Very rude, does not care about patients in my opinion, and only cares about collecting money. GO TO A DIFFERENT PHYSICIAN, maybe one that isn't so sociopathic!

He fused L4-5 in 1990-1. Cured the problem. After that I told him that he could not leave the area w/o telling me where he went. I would follow him to the end of the world if I ever had more problems! He cured the problem where 8 previous DRs did not.

Very in personable and difficult to talk to, and does not take concerns seriously!!!

Arrogant and rude. Unsympathetic. Did not take serious the amount of pain I was in. I do not doubt he is good at diagnosing and fixing problems but his demeanor borders unacceptable. I felt once he got all the money he could get out of me, he could care less how timely the procedures were done moving forward that didn't involve him. His staff on the other hand were very nice.

After a quick look at my MRI, Dr. Price told me that I had 2 bulging and degenerated disc. I asked him what course of action I should take. I guess I thought that he would prescribe physical therapy or some conservative measures first. Not so. He told me I needed a spinal fusion of my last 2 lumbar joints. Being only in my twenties I was surprised. So many have warned me about back surgery that I didn't want it to be my first choice of treatment. I asked him about PT first. He said it wouldn't work. I told him I wasn't ready to make the decision to fuse my back. He became very angry. Almost yelling, he asked me what I was there for if I wasn't willing to what was needed to fix the problem. He said I was wasting his time and walked out. I stood there speechless. A couple of weeks later, I saw another doctor who prescribed PT and anti-inflammatory medication. He said it would take time but that things would improve. He was right. While I do not play sports or lift heavy items, I am… basically pain free.

I waited a month for this apt. It was on one of the snowy icy days and my car got stuck. Thankfully, it was pushed through. Not having been to the office, this was also new to me. I worried about being on time, but was glad when I walked in and saw I was only five minutes, EXACTLY late. The receptionist said that she would try to get him. We saw him at the end of the hall, with brief case and talking with another dr. When the receptionist told him we were there, he pointed on his watch and said " "Well, I'm outta here," we were aghast. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. This is a DR? He has a waiting time of twenty minutes but we arrive five minutes late, and he doesn't want to have a thing to do with you. Dr. Price, go find yourself a little condo in Florida, preferably near the alligators,

WANTED ANSWERS,GOT NOTHING! ALL HE DID WAS SHOW ME THE RESULTS FROM MY MRI WHICH FOUND 2 LARGE HERNIA DISKS- 4 DISK PROTRUTIONS, BONE SPURS, SPINAL STENOSIS, ETC.!PLEASE EXCUSE ME IF SOME OF MY SPELLING IS NOT CORRECT!HE JUST SHOWED ME EVERYTHING ON THE COMPUTER FROM MY MRI AND WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS HE JUST WENT TO THE NEXT PICTURE!!!
