Having trouble breathing after a quadruple heart bypass. Dr. Ritter took the time to ask me questions, and listen to my concerns. Ater reviewing my records he ordered a Xray of my chest. He and I looked at my X ray and showed me that there was fluid in my lungs. He sent me to have my lungs drained at the Hospital. After that I felt like a new 20-year-old. I have great respect and faith in this Doctor. He was the only one that caught the problem.

Looked at watch as soon as he sat down to talk to me and several times during our brief conversation Didn't listen to my questions (I could tell because of the answers he provided) was in a hurry to get out of my hospital room made me feel like what I had to say wasn't important. Unprofessional discourteous and terrible bedside manner

Poor Bedside Manner. Treats nurses with desrespect.

He did plenty of tests. On time & careful timing on surgery. explained everything well to patient and family. not happy with waiting 5 hours for nurse Mary to bring discharge papers after dr came by early to check out. But great experience other than that

Would never recommend this doctor for anything. He is a total phony! My father almost died and would have if he hadn't seen someone different. Have had a couple of family members die because of this doctor! He is not capable of making an accurate diagnosis on anyone with a heart problem. Do not risk your life on this doctor. You will be very sorry. He does not care about his patients -- just money!
