I highly recommend Dr. Severt! He is extremely smart, compassionate, and a great listener who spends time with you.

This so called neurologist couldn't even diagnose my extremely painful neuropathy - the most fundamental of all neuro disorders.I actually had to go to another neurologist who recognized the symptoms in the first visit and immediately ordered testing. He's devoid any compassion.He spends less than ten minutes with you and most of that time his head is buried in the computer.A classic incompetent,self centered yuppie doctor.

This inexperienced,incapable and insensitive jerk at the so-called Spine Institute couldn't even diagnose my common case of sciatica.He has no idea what he's doing.He has zero experience but loads of arrogance.AVOID SEVERT IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH.

Although I was very happy with Dr. Severt during our appointment, I have tried calling him several times for a simple follow up to confirm what his recommendations were for me going forward. He has not returned multiple phone calls over a couple of months time, and has also not responded to several phone calls from my PCP. I am a pleasant patient and there was no problem during the appointment or reason whatsoever for his behavior. I am DISGUSTED with this matter.

Dr. Severt cares for people with movement disorders which is a particularly devastating diagnosis for a patient. He dosent have all the answers, nor is there much he can do for many of his patients duemto their diagnosis, but he is very knowledgable and compassionate.

Dr. Severt is an expert in the field of movement disoorders. He is pleasant, compassionate, deeply knowledgable, helpful, and calm. I recommend him enthusiastically!

Dr. Severt is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and professional. He is approachable which makes me as a patient feel comfortable, especially when I have a question, I don't feel intimidated at all, and he devotes time to my visits and doesn't make me feel "rushed" like most doctor visits do.
