For 12 years, some of the most well known names in the Nashville music scene have traveled to St. Petersburg for cosmetic surgery with Dr. William Adams. In 1995, after completion of his training, Dr. William Adams, returned to Florida to take over the successful practice of Dr Richard E. Phares. Dr. Adams trained at Columbia University in New York and the University of California Hospital in San Francisco.

This was the meth head that was arrested o nhis way to surgery. He should not be allowed to practice medicine.

BEWARE!!!!!! RUN from this surgeon. I have been in chronic, debilitating PAIN for a year 1/2. My injury from lipo to my back has ruined my life . I CANNOT work! Mounds of medical bills are piling up for continued care. I’ve LOST my quality of life. I have uneven lipo where fat was left & dents in my stomach. It’s been a HORRIFIC !

Long waiting time in access of one hr. late of of schedule appointment. In-correct quotes that do not include the correct fee for the anesthelogist.
