Dr. William Ward Greenfield, MD

Dr. Greenfield himself is extremely kind and courteous. However, the staff at this office are terrible, especially the OR scheduler. I was repeatedly told that my procedure was approved by my insurance, when, in fact, it was not. I was called multiple times early in the morning, despite having informed staff that I work at night. I was also summoned to the office when I do not live in little rock for consult and blood work. Do not trust staff. Not Dr. Greenfield's fault; he's great. Wait until he goes into private practice to make your appointment.

I switched to Dr. Greenfield due to insurance and it was a great decision! His nurses are also great and make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Greenfield always answered all of my questions that I ever had. He took any of my symptoms seriously and it was always easy to make an appointment if I had any problems. When it came time to have my baby, he checked on me constantly and even tried to stay to help me deliver but couldn't after 24 hours of on call duty! After I had my baby, he came to visit with us and check in on us to make sure that everything was still going good. I can't wait to go through my next pregnancies with him and his staff because I never felt so welcomed!
