COOL DOWN TO EARTH DOCTOR THAT KNOWS HIS STUFF!

I will never be able to thank Dr. DuMornay and the entire staff at the Broward ENT & Aesthetics enough for saving my mother’s life! After being dismissed for almost six months by other doctors who considered her state a non-emergency situation. We went to Dr. DuMonray’s office as an emergency. Dr. DuMornay got her history from her primary and demanded that she come in the next day in order to perform the exam. He then gave us the frightening diagnosis: the “Cancer” word! On the very next day my mother was in the operating room for her biopsy and mass removal! Within a week, Dr. DuMornay arranged for us to have a panel of doctors ready to start the necessary protocols. Weekly visits to this office followed including on days we didn’t have appointment and when my mother’s condition got worse. Angela is our key contact. She made herself available 24/7 and always offered great advises on how to manage the episodes of crisis. And they were not a few to say the least! I am forever grateful… to Dr. DuMornay for not only giving us a diagnosis, a plan, and more importantly - hope. The kindness that Dr. DuMornay showed us and his treatment of us is the very essence of The Hippocratic Oath! We were family from the first moment we stepped into his office.

I have had wax removed from my ears by various ENT doctors for almost 50 years. Some use the sucking equipment other use manual tools. Some doctors achieve better results than others. I had the real misfortune of having Dr. Wilson Dumornay endeavor to remove wax from my ears. He used the suction equipment and hurt me so badly that he had to stop, since I could not take the pain anymore. He then told me I should buy a $200 medication to put in my ears from a pharmacy which would help me and him in the future when extracting wax. No ENT that I have ever visited and used to remove wax has ever hurt me, nor suggested I buy any medication. This guy caused me such pain which was unbearable.A day later my ears still felt sensitive and my hearing seems impaired. Needless to say I will never return to his office

I visited Dr. Dumorney's office three times. I have yet to meet him. Staff does not know what they are doing. Questions such as "why are you here" is meant for the initial visit/initial interview. Asking this question on the third visit suggested that my chart was not read prior to seeing me. Even though I had previously discussed my CT Scan, it wasn't in my chart. There is a sense of disorganization and a low level of professionalism. The PA, Nicole, is wonderful; fully competent, professional, intelligent and simply a very nice person. I had no issues with seeing Nicole, however, I am seriously thinking of switching physicians.

Dr. DuMornay is patient, caring and compassionate. He truly believes in patient-centered care.

Dr Dumornay is an awesome Dr he cares for his patient's , he answer your questions to your concerns he takes his time with you he has great side manners.

I would highly recommend Dr. Wilson DuMornay. He is very thorough regarding diagnostic procedures. In addition, he is patient and a very good listener. With consistent trials I now have a successful nasal spray. The office staff is also very polite and efficient.
