Dr Tayara is the Best!! He has saved my wife and myself a couple of times. Just the facts. The greatest without all the bull!

Dr. Tayara was very good. His diagnosis was spot on. He is probably the best dr I’ve ever seen. He doesn’t spend a lot of time with you, but he doesn’t have to. The nurse is wonderful and very friendly.

Probably a very skilled doctor. Bedside manners very poor. He did a colonoscopy and Upper GI test in less than 30 minutes?? I was sent to recovery. The nurse said he would stop by and talk to my husband and I about the results. He never showed. I left the hospital not knowing anything other than to call his office and make a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. I called the next day to speak with the nurse to get information regarding both test and requested they send the information to my primary care doctor. Hopefully she can give me the information from the test Dr. Tayara did. It seems that he may be very skilled at what he does, but he has no time to explain to the patient what he is doing, how he is doing it, or the results from what he has done. I am looking for another doctor. I personally like to know what's going on with my body. If the doctor does not have time to give information on tests and surgeries he has done, then I don't have time, patience, or money to waste going to… his office. He is not doing me a favor, he is being paid for his services.

The best in his specialty and excellent communicator

This is the worst doctor Ive ever seen before, in my entire life! I was recently diagnosed with a horrible condition.. I have no insurance and Im self paying. Dr. Tayara is HORRIBLE. you cant ask him questions because he doesn't care. He makes it clear that im an inconvenience and he's only treating me because of my pcp is a close friend of his. He is horrible. I have no answers, and for all the testing he performed on me, I am more confused and scared now than ever. He treats you like crap and disrespects you. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. he may be a 'specialist' with experience, but he doesn't care about his patients and that's evident. He couldn't even tell me if my medication is safe to take now.. He is a jerk and he's a horrible horrible person!

I was in Cartersville Medical for Gall Bladder attacks. My Gall Bladder was removed but the nausea and vomiting would not stop. I had previously been diagnosed in Atlanta with Isophagusitis, stomach ulcers and acid reflux a month before. My surgeon called Dr Tayara to help. Dr, Tayara came to my bedside. He asked about my medical history. He was very compassionate. I was so sick I could barely talk. I could see the concern in his eyes. He looked at me and said "don't worry, I fix", He rushed from the room and my nurse came in and said, Dr. Tayara is writing up orders, you will feel better soon." Within 6 to 8 hours the nausea and vomiting stopped. Dr.Tayara found the problem and made me feel so much better. I was in the hospital for 6 days and he visited me everyday. Yes the statements made above in other reviews are accurate. He is quick, aloof and does not always explain things but knows his job! Thank you Dr. Tayara!

Saw him a week ago, waited 1 hour and as soon he walk in the room, he asked me to lay on the examining table and touch my belly for like a second, As soon as I started telling him my problem he answer back, you are to young to have problem,, I replied That I have imune problem and he did not listened to me at all, he stop me and started prescribing me medicine and sent me for lab, and he dif this on the hallway while he was explaining it to his nurse,, he didn't even acknowledge me or my situation,, 2 days later I was scheduled to get a endoscopy done,, I went and I arrived at the hospital at 11am my prosedure was at 12pm and they did not start untill 1:pm I saw him right before Anastecia and he did not even talk to me at all, after I woke up,, the nurse at recuperation room told me he was gone and that his office will contact me about the findings and biposy,, I was so puzzled, what kind of doctor does this,, doesn't even talk to his patients especially after a prosedure? Now I have… to wait until biopsy results are back and am not even sure why I got one in the first place,, he just left a new prescription for me and I had to goggle it up because noone told me why I needed to take this medicine,, I regret not looking into this page before scheduling ab appointment with him,, I really hope the results are good and that I wont have to see him again..

I waited almost two hours to see the doctor. He over books his appointments and the waiting room was standing room only. The office was hot, crowded and uncomfortable. When I left his office, I felt like I didn't know anymore about my situation than I did before. There's a definite lack of communication and the doctor doesn't spend time with you. No sooner than he walks into the examining room, he's gone and you're left asking yourself what just happened.

We had many visits with Dr Tayara. The only thing I wished was that the time between appts was shorter. I was very nervous about a condition my son had and it required different labs and biopsies. It is likely that the time between appointments was necessary, but I wished it to go quickly. By diagnosing my son, Dr Tayara actually saved my newborn grandson by his acurate diagnosis for my son (uncle to baby). I do recommend Dr Tayara

This is the worst doctor I ever been to. " I don't care about your condition." That were his words. He told me he doesn't care about my condition which I saw him many times for treatment. It's a condition he specializes in which if untreated can actually turn into something serious later in the future. So far both treatments have caused negative side effects and he refuses to prescribe me with other prescriptions so I am now left looking for another doctor. He takes very long for his appointments. I once waited 1 hour and 30 minutes after the actual scheduled appointment. He talks over me sometimes, not allowing me to finish what I have to say like he's a psychic and already knows what the problem is. If I am paying for the appointments then I don't want to be rushed like he has better things to do--- this is his job. You are better off looking for another doctor.
