Dr. Yamini Bharat Naygandhi, MD

I always feel very comfortable with her and she takes the time to really listen to me, which I really appreciate.

I am in mid seventies. Have moved to different cities and have seen dozens of doctors in India and USA for medical needs. I rate Dr. Gandhi as one of the best for her professional approach , keen interest in going into details and perfect diagnosis and follow up treatment. Her office is neat clean and well furnished and staff extremely pleasant and responsive.

I came to Dr. Nayganghi because of all the positive reviews. Her staff is wonderful and, yes, truly compassionate. But I was pretty surprised to find that was not the case with Dr. Naygandhi herself. I felt like there was a complete disconnect between what I was reading and all the positive things her staff were telling me about her and the actual experience of visiting her in person. I have been left really frustrated and disappointed by the medical community and Dr. Naygandhi was no different. First she tells me this long story, getting to the point that sometimes her patients just want to be prescribed opioids. I'm not sure how that is even relevant to me. I just spend two hours explaining to your nurse and med student that I have a metabolic disorder. Pain medication is not indicated for my condition. Should I be offended? I do not know. Then when I told her I was worried about my thyroid and would like it tested, she chastised me for also saying I'd like to have another child.… Yes, I'm here because I want to make sure I'm healthy for one. I don't know if this was all a communication issue and I didn't understand or maybe I'm too sensitive, or she was just having a really bad day, but I felt like the EQ was not there and I definitely didn't feel heard. I'm not following up with the testing she ordered (much of which I feel was also inappropriate) and I'm not following up with her.

I had Cancer and Dr. Naygandhi saved my life. The VA sent me home to pass away and Dr. Naygandhi sad no way will we do that and had the cancer treated. That was eleven years ago, I am now 76 years old and still work a 40 hour work week as a Safety Trainer. Thanks Dr.

Dr naygahndhi is one of those doctors who love what they do... Amazing all round ... I have worked in a hospital where is one of the internist and she tops them all ... Great teacher, Great person... Amazing

I have been to see Dr. Naygandi twice in the past month. I choose her because of her overall ratings in review forums. My only complaint has been the wait time. The first time after an hour in the waiting room and an hour in the patient room I walked out to make sure they had not forgot about me. Overall wait time was over 2 hours. The second visit I came prepared with my lap tap and was better able to accomodate another 2 hour wait.

Dr Naygandhi is the Best. She really cares about you and your problems. If you need a doctor I recommend her. She also has a great staff!

You won't find a better doctor anywhere in the country. Sometimes it's hard to get to see her because of that unless it's an emergency. If youe seriously ill she's your doctor.
