I glad Dr Yannick Greiner performed my neurostimulator battery. Excellent before surgery and after. Very professional and friendly at follow up visit. Sad she is no longer in Cincinnati Ohio.

She came into my husband’s hospital room without acknowledging the family’s presence or identifying herself. We didn’t know her. She was unable to answer any questions I asked. She made assumptions regarding my husband’s care which indicated she wasn’t knowledgeable about his situation. The worse experience we have ever had.

She walked into the examine room, did not say hi, just blurted out that I was not going to have anymore surgeries on my neck, well whoo hoo, that is good news, but how in the heck would she know what I need without examining me. Made a quick decision, I felt confused and not sure where to go now after my appointment. She has no empathy whatsoever. I am not going back.

Snap diagnosis without examination, incapable of adjusting from strict pigeonhole training in adapting to individual needs.
