Dr. Yasmeen Ghias Ahmed

On my first visit in early 2022, front staff checked me in and then later had me sitting and waiting in the visitor's room while a back office staff person came out to confirm that I had been checked out as the front staff indicated while checking me in. Luckily the error was caught. How do you check in a new patient and then mark them as checked out???!!!! Then after meeting with Dr. Ahmed, I later had the hardest time with follow up phone calls I made with no call back from either her or her staff while they lied to an administrator who I called to complain to and then ultimately that administrator stopped communicating with me after pretending to be sincerely concerned about the communication difficulty I was having. So, the whole medical center is just ghetto and unprofessional and I happily moved on to an establishment of higher quality that I am accustomed to. Don't waste your time if you are used to high quality professionalism. Grace Medical Center and Ahmed are far from that!

I was originally a patient of the Dr when I left the military. I went for a physical, simple thing. I didn't like the atmosphere at all. I didn't go back for 3 years. I just went back to have my chest looked at, severly torn muscle. I also asked about my eye, she asked if it still hurt, no was my answer, SHE NEVER LOOKED AT IT. Pathetic. She never smiles, and is in obviously in a hurry, because she is always backed up. Wait time is over 30 mins past your scheduled appt. Poor management...poor manners...poor practice. Don't go there, please.
