Waited over an hour to see the doctor. Had a 3:15 appointment and was never seen until 4:15. Doctor didn’t even care enough to look at my problem was quick to refer to a specialist. Which makes me think he has no idea what he is doing, because that was not the first time he referred me to a specialist. Stay away from this office and doctor he has very little knowledge and terrible customer interaction. He speaks very fast and is hard to understand.

First of all I had a 3:15 appointment that they told me to get their early for but didn’t actually see the doctor until 4:15 so I waited over an hour. I understand you might get backed up, but really a whole hour that’s ridiculous. No concern for patients time like his time is more important. He didn’t even look at the issue was quick to jump on google to show me pictures of what he thought my problem was. Duh dude that was the first thing I did when I noticed my issue go to google but I’m not the expert he is and that was his method of diagnosis. He was then quick to refer me to a specialist because either he didn’t want to deal with it and actually do some work or this guy had no idea and should not be practicing medicine. He talks very fast, mumbles his words and is hard to understand. This isn’t the first time he referred me to a specialist which makes me think he has no clue what he is doing “ just let me refer them to someone else with way more knowledge than me” Just a terrible… experience looking for a new doctor now. Their were other patients in the waiting room waiting over 30mins to be seen and there were definitely rumblings going on. Stay far away from this doctor and office complete disaster and waste of time.

Neither the Doctor nor his nurse were concerned that I was prescribed a med that I was highly allergic to. They stated that "It isn't our problem!" Also, his Physician's Assistant (who was very nice to me) would say I was deficient and needed supplementation, but then I'd get a call back saying that my levels were actually too high. It seems the MEdical expertise is lacking and so is the caring attitude here.

I have always had a very good experience with Dr. Nussbaum - He talks to me, does not rush me and actually remembers who I am he treats me as a person ...

This Dr. never informed my pharmacist of my severe food/drug allergy. Luckily I called the pharmaceutical company and found out that the drug contained something I am allergic to! He and the office staff told me that "It is not our responsibility to tell the Pharmacy of your allergies". The office had full knowledge of my allergies, and never told me that it is my responsibility to tell any Pharmacist. (When I asked my Pharmacy, I was shocked that they had no knowledge of my allergy). Also, the Dr never informed me (or would say it was "not his responsibility" ) when I would get an abnormally low reading in my blood work. A Specialist I had been seeing told me that my Primary care Dr. should be the one to oversee a mild issue that I was born with. He did not want this responsibility, but insisted that I go back to the Specialist. This Dr clearly doesn't want to take much responsibility or time for anything of his patients. He also ignored another low blood reading. His nurse… Practitioner (Selma) took much more initiative with me.
