Dr. Eric Wilcox, DO

I would like to thank Dr. Wilcox, Alyssa, and the rest of the staff in the office for providing wonderful service. They are dedicated, caring and compassionate and take time to ensure you are comfortable and understand the treatment. Dr. Wilcox and Alyssa are so very accommodating to my needs in helping me navigate through caring for multiple chronic autoimmune conditions. They are very responsive, I use MyChart and have found the staff to be very responsive to questions and refills. It has been a rough year for everyone and despite being short staffed they have been able to meet the needs of their patients during this trying time. They all deserve a round of applause. Thank you all, I would not be here without you

I usually don’t write reviews but this was the worse experience I’ve ever had with any doctor. His whole demeanor from the start was just Cold and rude and what do you want from me look in his eyes. The entire visit felt like I was being lectured and it felt like he was blaming me for how I felt. I was pretty much in tears. This was my first and last visit with him. His nurse and receptionist were pretty nice though, but him he’s a whole different story.

Due to a positive recommendation, I was taken aback by the rude office staff, and extremely disappointed to find Dr. Wilcox to be as disinterested (and more troublingly, dismissive) as he was. I’m sure that the alternative style of a D.O. is the right fit for some people, but those in need of a Medical Doctor should be leery of this practice.

Dr. Wilcox is the best Dr. I have ever had.He is very kind, caring and compassionate. He takes time to listen and I never feel rushed.He is very knowledgeable. I will always recommend him.

Doctor is compassionate and very knowledgeable. I was concerned about some of his previous ratings but after meeting him realized that he and his staff are great.

Dr. Wilcox was referred to me by a friend several years ago. He is the most caring and compassionate doctor I've ever had. He takes an inordinate amount of time with each patient and does not herd people in and out of his office like most doctors and/or clinics do nowadays. Like him so much I referred him to a friend who had some very serious health issues and he spent an equal amount of time getting to know him and his problems too... while getting to the root of his problems.

I can't recommend Dr. Wilcox.

Excellent care, comfortable atmosphere, paperless practice, easy to see doctor, can reach him day or night, so easy to talk to

The doctor is accessible and very caring and quick to prescribe. However, he attempts to treat serious matters with quick approaches which often does not provide adequate resolution of the problem.
