Dr. Novik has been my drug oncologist for breast cancer - twice. The first was 16 years ago and the second 4 years ago. She gives time, answers, and great care. I recommend her deeply.

Dr. Novik is a wonderfully caring and loving doctor. She spends time, explains everything and is very knowledgeable in her field. I am lucky to have her as my doctor and I highly recommend her. I am in great hands! Thank you!

Found Dr Novick to be passive aggressive and pompous . I had a very difficult time feeling comfortable with her .

Dr Novik can be very passive aggressive and cold . She lacks empathy so I found it very difficult to feel comfortable with her .

I waited for over an hour. She didnt even read my reports and tests. What really disgusted me the most was she was speaking to me like i was in the third person. I didnt like her from the start. She also made me feel insecure.

Dr. Novic appears to be friendly and warm. Dr. Novic has a great nurse practitioner named Lakiesha. I feel very comfortable in her hands
