I wish to share my exchange with them, so that everyone can draw appropriate conclusions on how this medical practice is conducted. Hi Dyson, I called this morning, provided my credit card data, and you were unable to complete the transaction for the bill below of USD 30. Without hesitation, you claimed my card is not working. The credit card works perfectly fine and has been used with another medical provider a few minutes ago. Having tried your online payment system, which does not work, and having called you to pay on the phone, which did not work either, I am left with asking you to send a paper bill by mail and I will mail back a check. I do not intend to be charged more than USD 30, given that I did try in good faith to honor your bill twice, without success, not due to my fault. I invite you in writing to avoid hanging up the phone while a client is talking to you, it really shows badly on the reputation of your medical practice. For the records, all these incidents come after… your medical practice had tried to unduly bill us for a higher amount which you had no right to ask, since you had been paid by the insurance company at the rate you accepted with them. The fact that you are now asking only USD 30 is self-explanatory. Dr. Holmes is very nice and well trained in diagnosing skin conditions and conventional "medicine." However, her billing department is vicious. Even if you do a payment plan and pay as agreed they will ruin your credit by sending you to collections over $30! Additionally, eczema is an immune disease which must be healed through an organic diet and total detoxification. It can be caused by stress, or more often, environmental factors such as allergies. The topical anti-inflammatory creams (with a price tag of $750 copay for 30 day supply for a tube of ointment) are immune suppressors, not a cure. And if you stay on them for 10 years or more your risk of cancer goes up by 1000%. But why should that be a problem when you can make the doctor and pharmaceutical companies $132,000 in this toxic poison, right? If you want to be cured of your skin disease, then do your own research, find a homeopath, find the cause, and work with an allergist to cure your body from the inside out. If… you want to be bankrupted by endless doctor appointments and ludicrously expensive medication, and then be submitted to collections for your $30 or less balance, by all means make an appointment. P.S. I was treated this way by this practice WITH excellent health insurance. I pity those paying out of pocket.

I was given an efficient exam without having to wait a long time. I loved doctor Holmes and plan on continuing to see her.

Horrible. She rushes her patients. The wait time in the waiting room and the exam room was two hours and she was only in the room for 3 minutes.

During my appointment with Dr Holmes, she didn't listen to me explain what my skin issues was before she cut me off and wrote me a prescription and left the office to see the next customer. I still have my skin problem and seeking another doctor. When I mentioned her name to a colleague she told me that I was fortunate to have met Dr Holmes on her first appointment Dr Holmes was too busy to see her. And she never went back.

Dr Holmes and one PA are okay. I have had no problems with them. The other PAs does not seem very attentive and knowledgeable. You can request to see certain staff to avoid the unhelpful PA. Wait times vary so much. Sometimes it is 10 15 minutes, other times it is much longer. I have been going here for over 5 years now and always request to see Dr. Holmes or the PA who is helpful. Not sure about the cosmetic procedures such as microdermabrasion etc since I have only gone in for medical treatments for eczema, rosacea and testing if moles are cancerous.

My recomendation is go to another Dermatologist. I should have known something when I was able to make an appointment and be seen the same day. The staff was rude. Lastly, to top things off they have finger printing in the office.

I went in to address sun-damage on my face. I never even saw the doctor. Instead, I had two what appeared to be assistants who looked at me and asked a couple of questions and gave me a prescription. The whole process was 5 minutes. They were cold, uncaring, and the prescription didn't work. The support staff at the reception area were unfriendly. The entire office felt like a factory just processing people for a buck. I would NEVER go there and do not recommend anyone waste their money or time there.

This review is more for what might be Dr. Holmes dermatology practice, and not her, as even though I scheduled an appointment with her, she was not there to see me, I was seen by her colleague. I was taken aback by this somewhat initially, but her colleague seemed to do well to address the reason of my visit and prescribe what seems to be the right medication. Quicker assessment and discussion by this doctor than I would ideally like, but fairly typical for most doctors for an initial visit.Very easy to get an appointment, I had an appointment the day after I called! I was only one of two people in waiting room. I was seen very quickly. Staff was really nice and helpful to me and processed me quickly.
