Dr. Young Han Kim, MD

Waited a total of 45 minutes to finally see him. Suffering from 3-4 UTIs within 3 months. First I got lecture on cleanliness which is insulting. Then he didn't even read paperwork handed to him from general practitioner stating there was large amts of blood in urine. Didn't believe me when mentioning pains in certain areas of abdomine. Asked if I wanted to have further testing done that day. Decided not to as I'll take my "business" elsewhere. Can't believe this once great group of dr's has this guy on board.

Scared me to death thinking out loud that I probably had bladder cancer. There was no need of that as my problem was a very simple one. Did unnecessary test and when that was fine, he implied I might have another kind of cancer and may have to have a terrible surgery. None of this was necessary. He was recommended to me by staff at SS Hospital. Very disappointed and the anxiety he caused me was totally unnecessary. His nurse, however, was wonderful and very professional.

This DR was my second opinion. He was so nice and drew all kinds of pictures so I would understand exactly what was happening to me. my problem is now solved. So happy I switched urologists when I did.

Had a 9:45 appointment today and was called into the room within 10 minutes, but once in the room I waited and waited. Went to find out what's taking so long and they said he would be right in. When he did come in he sat down, shrugged his shoulders and said "So what can I do for you". Excuse me, did you not read my chart, see my complaints. The appointment went so down hill so fast. I have ZERO trust in this doctor. I will never be going back to him. I felt pressure to make the test appointment, but I'll be cancelling for sure. Dr. Fefer in the same practice is very nice, and if I can I'm going back to him. I don't know why my PCP set it up with Kim. What a wasted appointment and my time. One minute he said he did not need to see inside my bladder, then all of a sudden he says he needs to. His flip flopping throw what ever trust I may of had leap out the window when he did that. Acted like I'm just some older women with an old bladder and there is nothing really wrong,… but that he would pacify me with a little look see inside.

My 1st appointment....Dr Kim had to leave me in the exam room because he had to pick up his child at school! My 2nd appointment....Dr Kim pulled a no-show! He wasn't even in the building.... even though he had several patients waiting in the exam rooms! 3rd appointment? Not a chance! There was standing room only in the waiting room as I stormed out.

Rude dismissive didn't want to do the tests basically treated me like I was making it up. Was in a lot of pain found that prostate was enlarged but refused to do any tests to find out why honestly he did nothing. Please don't waste your time.

Very nice. He clearly explains everything. He even draws diagrams so you know exaclty what he's talking about.
