Patients are punished for this office’s incompetence and this doctor’s deceptive billing practices. During my visit, I was pushed to accept multiple vaccines and tests. I declined almost all of them specifically to avoid surprise charges. I agreed to one single item—a pneumonia shot—only after being explicitly assured there would be no cost or billing issues. Then the bill arrived: $1,200 for that shot and a brief conversation about it. That assurance was a lie. The exact same vaccine costs $20 at Kroger. What makes this worse is that I did my due diligence. At check-in, I directly asked about insurance coverage and copays. I was told I was covered and that there would be no copay. I’ve seen this doctor before, but their insurance status changed in 2025. When I asked outright whether my visit was covered, the office withheld critical information—my account clearly showed a red “out-of-network” warning, which they chose not to disclose. Even Billing and Patient Advocacy later… admitted they couldn’t explain why this obvious warning was ignored and hidden from me at check-in. This isn’t a misunderstanding—it’s a failure of transparency that left me stuck with a massive bill I took deliberate steps to avoid.

I have been seeing Dr. Lozanski for several years now. She has a friendly, gentle spirit. I believe she is competent and personable. She will give you the time you need as a patient.
