We had met with Dr. Reinberg 2 times before where both visits were pleasant. Our last and most recent visit was absolutely appalling. I was shocked at the bed side manner with our child. This left our child confused and uncomfortable. He never once asked our child (or parents) if it was okay to exam their body and treated them almost like a doll. A question I asked was laughed at. I was completely shocked how fast everything happened. This then prompted a conversation with our child after the Dr. left about what happened and how it was not okay. I will never go back and felt completely disrespected.

Dr. Reinberg and his staff are an absolute Godsend. Our son was born in 2006 with a severe case of bilateral hydronephrosis and we didn't have access to a doctor in SD with expertise with this condition. We were referred to Dr. Reinberg and during our first appointment, we found out that our son needed surgery right away. He had his first of several surgeries the very next day and over the course of 2 years, he underwent many procedures and surgeries. I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Reinberg and his staff, especially his nurse Julie. Our son is now 5 years old and doing very well. Besides the scars from his incisions, you would have no idea he's been through all he has.

This review is in reference to our experience with Dr. Reinberg over 3 years ago. Dr. Reinberg worked with our son when he was an infant, and his care and thoroughness were remarkable. He encouraged us to ask questions to be sure we were fully informed. remarkable!
