Being treated as a new patient, because he had not been there in seven years, My husband had to wait 2 months for a first appointment. It didn't matter that he might have cancer. I was trying to schedule a biopsy of his thyroid. The ultrasound was inconclusive. They did say they would try to fit him in if someone cancelled. But it wasn't urgent enough for this doctor’s office to be sure to fit him in sooner. After talking with the office multiple times, over weeks, he was called to come in. Only after giving an insurance card and filling out paper work were we told they do not take our insurance. But the first time I talked to them, three weeks earlier, I told them what insurance we had. We waited three weeks not knowing if my husband has cancer or not for this. while we could have been told to find another doctor three weeks earlier. They wasted weeks of precious time, ignoring the possible effects on his health. Now we have to start all over.

Very courteous and considerate... He was out of my insurance net work so him and his staff manager made it easy for me to pay out of pocket. Very professional and caring.

I couldn't be more pleased with the care received from Dr. Gurevich. The first time he met with me he spent about ten minutes with me in his office discussing my concerns and medical history. After that he examined me and made sure I understood his explanations and next steps / treatment options. He made me feel like a partner in my care and I could tell he really cared about me as a person - not just another number. The practice staff is excellent - very friendly and organized. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen.

Took the time with me and was very thorough with great bedside manner. Had been to several doctors with extreme fatigue, even another endocrinologist, and no one could find a solution. He did and I start treatment with much optimism. Seems to actually care about me and my challenges.
