Dr. Yvonne Marie Jackson, MD

I brought my 12 year old daughter as a new patient. The office manager was courteous in taking the appointment, answered my questions very professionally. The new patient paperwork was concise and easy to complete. The nurse practitioner saw us promptly, was professional, informative and courteous. Dr. Jackson was prompt, thorough and engaging. Asked appropriate questions for a 12 year old patient. My daughter was very comfortable with the exam and her new physician. Nurse practitioner did a great job ad interning the vaccinations.

She is outstanding Doctor and wonderful person she always there when you need her.

As mentioned by one reviewer...yes all the signs for side businesses (paying bills, etc) were a little off-putting at first...but I went ahead, and she is quite sweet and has great bedside manner. Everyone in the office is friendly. Any major issues, I would probably want to see a specialist, which seems to make sense...but overall everything has been fine and do not have any regrets.

Dr. Jackson was referred to me by several people. She has great bedside manner and you can tell that she cares for her patients and their parents. Her staff was very friendly and treated us like we were family. I highly recommend her.

Pediatric care? Who cares? Come here to get you BGE and Verizon bills paid. It doesn't get any classier than that!

Dr. Jackson was referred to me by a friend. I loved her but most importantly, my kids loved her. She was friendly, caring, compassionate and had great bedside manner. Her staff treated me like we were old friends. The office was the cleanest I have ever been to with bright colors for the patients. I have already referred several of my friends to Love Kids!

Billing was our issue - we were billed for unnecessary items, not told during the visit, and then they didn't fix the problem! We went in for a regular check up and my daughters tonsils were large so instead of billing it correctly to my insurance in two separate statements - they billed it all as a medical procedure and none of the visit was covered. VERY disappointing. All she did for the tonsils was say that we needed to go pay a specialist to look at them and possibly have them taken out.

I will follow her anywhere...she took care of my two older sons who are now 26 and 21 and now she is caring for my two daughters who are 11 and 13...wherever she goes I will follow...

Dr. Jackson is a fantastic pediatrician with great bedside manner! She is very caring and knowlegeable in regards to patient history. Also, she is apart of a dying breed of doctors who actually returns your calls when you need her and spends time with patient.
