Took my child there because she was ill for a couple of days. After waiting an hour and a half for an appointment from 3:30 to 5 pm me and my daughter were about to leave when they rushed her to the back. After we went to the back without any labs or examinations they said that I need to take her to the emergency room. My daughter also had some prescriptions to be refilled that she received from urgent care. When I asked could they review and give refills they told me no to do it at the emergency room. I waited for an hour in a half for 5 minutes worth of service that did absolutely nothing to help my daughter. Not to mention they charged me a co-pay and billed my insurance. I will be filing a malpractice claim against them because the handling of my daughter was full of negligence. If they didn’t want to see my child they could’ve just not taken the appointment. Instead they got paid to not do their job. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone take their child to this location.

You came to the appointment on time but they will let you wait you wait for another 2hrs only to be seen by the doctor for 5 mins, not kiddy friendly office. Lots to improve on services and time management.

Went for an annual physical exam and brought a sports form to fill out to play soccer in school. I was billed another for sports physical exam. I asked the office manager why bill for sports physical if he had on that day a yearly physical exam. She said it was different, because in sports physical, they had to let him do jumping and record the blood pressure 3 times. Really? Is it not just included in the physical exam since he'd been there in that clinic for quite a time already and been examined as healthy and physically fit to be in sports. Also, they did not explain to us that they will charge separate for sport physical and of filling out the form aside from the annual physical exam. Very much disapponted. Paid $$$ for extra, which is not shouldered by insurance. If only I've known that they will charge for sports physical that is not part of the insurance, I should have not let them do it. Didn't know that it is is not part of the physical exam which we came for. They need… to do a little explanation before exams be done so we can decide what option to choose. I called if that payment/bill be waived. The office manager insisted that it needs to be paid because it was different, which we do not know beforehand. Plan to look for a another pedia for my 4 kids, who are currently with them.

Will be looking for a new pcp. The wait time is rediculous, half the time she's not there and the staff won't tell you. So you wait over an hour just to be called back. She doesn't seem to want to give you an explanation for your concerns, or doesn't know.

My daughter has been a patient over the last 4 years and every year I intend on switching her PCP but other issues trump my search. I have finally had rhe last straw. The scheduling assistants are incompetent. They scheduled me for an appointment before my daughter was able to take her 4 year old immunizations after I had made it clear the purpose of the appointment. I had taken off of work and her father had rearranged his schedule to accompy us only to find out afrer being there for 30 minutes that she couldn't be seen before her 4th birthday. I was livid. I wouldn't suggest this office to anyone especially if you have good insurance. There is alot of miscommunication between the doctor, the staff, & the parents. She doesn't really connect well with the kids and information isn't forth coming

My newborn has been to this office 3 times and never again! the first visit the doctor was a hour late for the apt because she wasn't in the office. Her staff didn't even inform me that she was running late.When she did come in the office she didn't even hold or even talk to my newborn, she has zero baby skills.You have to pull information out of her because she didn't ask any questions on how my baby was doing or behaving. Even when i brought up concerns many of them were just ignored like she didn't want to answer my questions. But the wait time is the worst every time we had to wait 2 hours to see the doctor. I had a apt at 330 we didn't leave til 5. and the office hours are now from 12-5. so over all bad doctor for babies,small office,long wait. We will not be coming back.
