Good afternoon. I have researched doctors and chose Dr Zubair A Syed, I felt comfortable with my decision. I need throat surgery. I called to schedule an appointment and the woman that answered the phone was completely rude, spoke so fast, rushed me and kept cutting me off when I spoke. I wear hearing aids. Unfortunately, as fast as that appointment was made I felt I had to cancel it. I did cancel it before the phone call was done. Not even an apology from her, nor would she slow down a little for me. My goodness. It was awful. Now, not only did this doctor lose a new patient who desperately needs throat surgery, I now have to call another doctor.

Ignorant staff, very unprofessional...dirty office..stains all over waiting room rug..dreary looking office. Ugh!! Drs assistant checked me...he never even looked in my ears. Was there yrs ago...same dingy office and rude people.. I stood while tech sat and asked me questions. I’m a SS. Again totally rude and unprofessional !!

Dr. Syed is our favorite doctors! He has seen everyone in our family and done multiple procedures. We trust him completely. He has a great way with kids and takes time with his patients.

Thanks to a quite a number of physicians in Philly, NYC, Boston and Somers Point who have seen and treated me for several serious conditions I have reached the grand age of 82 and am feeling great. Dr. Syed is at the top of my favorites list for everything that matters.

I think he was a little bit arrogant. While he did spend time with me, he was somewhat condescending when he spoke to me.

Dr.Syed is very professional and knowledgeable! He diagnosed my condition quickly and accurately. I would recommend him, to anyone that is searching for an ENT.
