Kerstin Gillespie, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC

Kerstin will soon celebrate 40 years in healthcare. She was originally drawn to healthcare because she wanted to learn how to help others optimize their health. This later translated into her life-long career and then became the focus of her doctorate degree, as a Nurse Practitioner.Kerstin and her husband, Dr. Thad Gillespie, have lived in the Liberty Hill area for more than 25 years and raised their, now grown, children within the Liberty Hill schools and community. Thad is the co-owner and founder of Liberty Hill Dental, Liberty Hill Learning and Event Center, and Dental Genius Assisting School. Kerstin values developing relationships with her patients, so that she understands their priorities and lifestyle. Her goal is to help her patients improve their wellness and health literacy, so that they are making informed decisions about their care. She loves getting to know her patients and aspires to treat them just like her family. Ever the lifelong learner, Kerstin is continuously …taking classes to further her knowledge, whether it be continuing healthcare education, new certifications, music, or other creative classes. She is certified in weight loss management through the Obesity Medicine Association.
